 Add a true pub feel to your parties this year and buy your beer from the pub, rather than going to the supermarkets. You can buy the party barrels and then collect them from most Fuller's pubs , but you must leave for 36 hours before consuming. They must not be moved once already settled as you will have to wait another 36 hours or you will get a cloudy pint!

It is the perfect opportunity to get as near to cask conditioned in your own home & the price is very reasonable too.
They are always available throughout the year from the pub, or from the brewery shop, but HSB and ESB are exclusive to the Christmas period.

Thanksgiving Dinner

The time is approaching for us to start taking bookings for our ever popular Thanksgiving dinner. As ever we have used authentic recipes and we have a really good following. The cornbread stuffing recipe was given to me by an American Airlines stewardess twelve years ago !

-Cider Glazed Turkey, 5 different vegetables including candied yams & mashed rutabagas all followed by a good slice of pumpkin pie.
